The only coffee I drink (that I make myself) with milk and sugar is iced coffee. If I make it hot, I drink it black. Or I do what I did with my last cup. I brewed a cup of gingerbread coffee and added an espresso shot to it. Flavia machines FTW!

I stopped drinking coffee several years ago when I had the flu and was basically unconscious for four days straight. It was a hell of a way to de-ceffeinate my body, but I stay away from caffeine for almost a year. Now I've relapsed. big time.

May check out a game IDK. That friend and I are actually talking about putting together some sort of hockey league. There is a place out here for roller hockey but we will just used basketball courts and stuff.

Good luck with your diet bet, Kate! I'm with you in spirit. I think I've finally started making a little progress again, after hitting a plateau for about two months. Getting back in the gym and being more disciplinied with my after-dinner snacking has helped. I've got a XXth HS reunion coming up this spring, and want to be "high school skinny" for it! As if that's possible!

No, but I'm intrigued. Do you use a french press or something? All I drink is iced coffee, so this sounds great to me...

My wife recently had a blood test.

They found D&D's hazelnut w/ extra cream and 2 splenda.

She always, ALWAYS has one in her hand. Which sucks for me b/c I had to quit coffee and caffeine, b/c I'm doing no-xplode before workouts.

Nice! After the twins were born, I virtually lived on iced coffee. If I didn't have at least 3-4 extra large cups throughout the day, I could fall asleep standing up. I'm down to one a day now, on the ride into work.

From what I have learned so far in Business Communication class China is from a culture where time is not as important to them as it is to Germans and Americans.

My teacher is German and she is almost always there 10 minutes before class. She says either you're early or late.

I most likely said what I meant wrong. Don't feel like going over my notes or cracking my book open.

But from what I remember when it comes to business asian culture stand a lot on ceremony and tradition.

I saw an example in that new wall street movie

and I heard bad stories about apple

China is one of those countries that has over taken us when it comes to business. One of the older ladies in my class(50s or 60s) worked at Bank Of America I believe and she is taking the class now since her job was outsourced.

I hear you. I've already lost a 2 year old kid, and have a 4 year old to lose before I'm there again. Putting it in those terms help me remember that it's not an easy task and helps keep me motivated when I hit a plateau...

I enjoyed high school, and occasionally look back at my yearbooks. I was YOUNG and while not SKINNY, I was not round.
