Alright. Different question. If you get food at the arena, what is it generally? For me, I always get the pulled pork sandwich with their tea. Anyone else?

So, what's everybody's favorite flavor poptart?
Frosted Strawberry, no question.

If I'm forced to get food at the arena (and I always go to Char-Grill beforehand, so it's rare that it happens), it's their pizza.

Mucho Nacho from Dos Banditos with a Diet Pepsi, then a Cinnabon with a Diet Pepsi. If I'm still hungry between the second and third I dip into the savings and get another Cinnabon.

Well, I used to get the cheesesteak two years back, but they fired the employee who made them delicious and generally made them pretty disgusting the last few times I've tried them. I haven't had anything yet this year besides ice cream and popcorn though.

It's been about 3 years since I last went to a Canes game at PNC, but when I would go, I used to just stick with popcorn and/or peanuts plus a water bottle.

Checkers games I tend to get a box of chicken supremes from Bojangles.

I've heard somewhere there's an option for a prime rib sandwich thats like $15. Anyone here try it?

I'll take the blame for this one. Just nothing to talk about pregame really. I understand how it can be annoying.

Moe's Monday should be a national holiday as far as I am concerned. I used to prefer Chipotle and Qdoba, but they are too pricey for what you get. Throw hot sauce and southwest ranch on a Moe's Monday burrito and you are in for a good time.

Chicken, rice, black beans, pico, corn salsa, cheese, fresh jalapenos, cilantro, onions, black olives, more fresh jalapenos, southwest rance, hot sauce.

Boom.

Best salsa is a three way tie between El Guapo, Pablano Serrano, and Extra Fiery Tomatillo or whatever they call their "spicy" salsa.

Damnit, is it monday yet?

There's really not much info to get on the game so far today. I've updated the Canes lineup in the OP, and still haven't gotten confirmation about whether or not the Sens lineup I stole from their GDT is completely factual or not besides the bit that Anderson is indeed starting.

As far as the food talk goes, there's not really much else to talk about until the game starts, and by that point I'll be done posting anyways due to being at the game.

Then maybe find other forums of interest to read or post on? There is more to the world than NHL message boards.

You could take up disc golf!

Um, it's not like I'm on here 24/7. And I think I'll pass on disc golf.

I personally would rather discuss this nonsense than the posts on the facebook page.

Or, we could be Toronto-esque homers all game long. Talk about how Di Giuseppe is going to be the next Gretzky or something.

Besides, I'm just waiting around in this GDT while playing NHL13 and waiting around until I go to the game.

I said this in the Pre game talk thread.

We usually beat Ottawa at home. Even when we've sucked and they've been good we beat them at home.

These guys have had 3 days off to get their **** together, obviously we have holes but I expect them to put on a good performance.

Two dollar hot dogs and free soda from the first floor for being a designated driver . I get these during the waning minutes of the second intermission right after I urinate in the stall when the rush of the crowd is over.

I think the Canes win big tonight. Anderson is brought back to Earth. Semin gets a couple of goals, and is the 1st star.

I don't think that's him. The account was registered three years ago and the posting style is different than the others.

Same here. Haven't had a soda in over 2 years. Of course, the $2 pints at Natty Greens last night didnt' help. I usually stick to Beer or red wine now days and even so, a lot less of that than I used to.

Are you kidding? There are only two correct answers here:

1) Buy a bottle of scotch, then out every dime you have left to your name on the Canes. Open bottle of scotch at puck drop and proceed to have the most memorable night of your life.

2) Challenge yourself to make the most absurd prop bets they will allow. Let us know so we can root for them to happen. IE, Ellis makes more than 8 glove saves in a period.
