It's a home game, where the Penguins haven't played well so far this year. On the other hand, the Penguins haven't played well against only non-playoff teams from last year thus far. This is the first playoff team from last year the Penguins face at home, so that means they'll play up to the competition.
They need to play at home the same way they've played on the road. Quit worrying about trying to put on a show for the crowd. The best way to please the crowd is to get the two points. No more of this pretty east-west **** in the neutral zone and no more forcing offense when it isn't there. Just play solid fundamental hockey.
Hatebte scheduling this weekend. And on tope of that tonight one of my favourite non-penguins, Craig Anderson, got screwed out of a third star by an idiot Carolina score keeper. Par for the course for a sun belt market.
So Philadelphia fans talking about how tanking is a great idea and a thread asking why the Rangers attendance sucks on the main board. When did they give us a second Christmas in Pittsburgh? I call this one irony other fan bases will not get Christmas.
As for this game I am going. It worries me a lot though. The Devils have had our number for years. And with how much trouble we have had with turning the puck over if could get ugly.
