A gif would be take the video the picture is from break it down frame by frame and add tarasenko's face to every frame then set it up where it continuously plays over and over then go save it under 'save as for the web'

Resize the originally tarasenko picture than move his head over that way it would not be as big and slow it down a little bit. But other than that good job photoshop is hard to figure out when you first start.

That's great. I agree with the idea of making the head a bit smaller. The eyes are kind of memorized by his giant head to really see the dance lol. That's so funny though.

If you, or anyone else, want photoshop I know where you can get CS6 (thats the newest version) for free although it is not legal but it works it is what I have.
