giroux is close to his old self. read has been our best forward so far. voracek, that 2nd goal was all him. knuble first goal. hope he can keep those hands he had tonight. coburn bags his first. yeah baby and bryz. we had a chance to win more, by his play. nice to see he plays another game well enough to win, and we go out and get a win.
That McGinn kid is a nice find. He should never come out of the lineup. Works hard, decent defensively, makes the safe simple plays, and has some offensive ability even though its average. I also like his toughness. Hartnell, Simmonds, and McGinn is a a nice powerforward combo.
If you're talking about brayden, I thought he played a solid game. Nothing flashy but was solid.

I'm glad Lavy is benching his ass. He is a huge disappointment right now. He looks as if he doesn't even have offensive skill.
Yea I didn't think he looked too good. So far this season I think he has had like 2 solid periods. The rest average to below. I know he is just a sophomore but expecting alittle more offensively, especially with the minutes he HAS been getting (well lately his time is going downward)
B Schenn had less than 10 minutes of ice time
Voracek just over 11 minutes
Nice to see that Lavvy is no longer rewarding terrible play with increased ice time. Until Brayden Schenn proves he can play semi-decent hockey and not be a total liability in his own zone & the neutral zone, his minutes should be reduced.
God forbid we ask him to actually provide some offense too...
