Don't worry, once that patented Boychuk laziness and invisibility kicks in he'll be back in Charlotte before you can say "Scratch my back with a hacksaw."

Oy, Allen.

I know it was the YouTube quality of the fight, but on my screen it looked almost as though Nolan was landing nothing but open-palmed blows.

Pitkanen- Faulk
Gleason- Allen
Harrison- McBain

is much better than any combination with McBain in top 4, with Corvo and Sangs.

Very interested to see what Tampa's record looks like coming out of their 4 game road trip(Philly, NJ, BOS, NYR). 3 of those 4 games are against teams with better defenses than any of their previous opponents, so lets see if they can keep that scoring pace high enough to keep up. If they win 3 of those games I'll be pretty concerned no one in the SE will catch them.

Watching the game on a delay, and that was freaking ugly right there. I cringed.

Me and Vagrant are smart dudes.
So brilliant, in my case, that I waited until he had scored a crap ton of points before I even drafted him.

He's only getting 10-11 minutes a night. A far cry from what I thought they were going to try with him. I figured he'd be glued to Malkin's side for at least a little while.

I was able to take advantage beforehand. Similar dynasty league as you, except our draft was done before the season.

I grabbed him a couple games into the season, to go with drafting Purcell late in my draft. I also just traded for Lecavalier.

I now possess the entire second line for Tampa.

Perhaps they also realized he isn't any good?

Tommy Wingels is lighting Crawford up.

Also, apparently when you're the top two teams in the NHL, defense is optional.

So the goal scorers for the Sharks and Blackhawks tonight are:

Pavelski, Wingels, Saad, Handzus, Shaw, and Kruger.

Not exactly the most star-studded cast of goal scorers.

Pens had to kill 7 PP's and had 4 of their own. It just became a special teams battle and the guys that don't play special teams got very few minutes because of it. He actually looked good in the limited minutes he received. He made a couple really good passes for scoring chances. The goal against that made him a minus wasn't his fault at all imo.

Anyway, I doubt he'll be coming back anytime soon. He's at worst better than Jeffrey and Tangradi which should keep him safely on the roster. If the Pens land a winger or two around the deadline then that's when he may wind up back on waivers assuming he doesn't produce enough to warrant keeping around by that point.

Good luck with your season guys. I've been watching almost every Canes game now that Jordan Staal is on the team.

Yeah, I watched the Pens game. There was a boatload of PK and PP and they are only playing Boychuk ES so that's a big reason why he only got 10-11 min.

The few times I noticed Boychuk on the ice he was playing with Sutter and Malkin. Is that who he played most of the game with?
