finally the refs bad calls goes our way, but the Pleks penalty was joke witch cost us a goal.

The Prust goal was disallowed and we didn't whine about it the leafs outplayed us and deserved the win.

Except the last 10 mins of the 3rd period we outplayed the sens and thus deserved the win.

At the end of the day we have the 2 points and no one will give a rat's ass about the way we earned it at the end of the season.

It's the 2 points that matters not the way you earn it.

But it's quite joyfull to see sens fans so mad when they won a 5-1 game that was a lot closer that the score 2 games ago.

The Gorges penalty in the first period was worse than the Plek one IMO. Gets a boarding call for boxing out to get to the icing? Like for real? geeze

Also, that disallowed goal was hilarious. The NHL is bush league.

Gio hasn't been any worse than he has been the last 2 years. He has always taken that 35 ft shot that the goalie sees and freezes, killing momentum. Those are really frustrating.

But his line with Pleks and Bourque has overall been very good, creating chances and keeping the opposition on their toes.

it was the good call, although it was interference not boarding. Icing = you get to the puck first (as in, the other guy doesnt have it), therefore no reason for a hit, even if only a love tap.

and while Gorge isnt a cheap shot artist or anything, those play can be dangerous since both players are "racing" and neither are really protecting themselves.

Just saw a stat on TSN that said Craig Anderson hasn't allowed a 2nd or 3rd period goal all season. That's pretty impressive.
