George knocked down Buffalo's big guy - what an embarrassment.
Big John took one for the team and defended Miller. How come the Sabres didn't come to his defense?
George must have been in the Sabres head.
I say because Florida beat them up, then beat them in the game.
Buffalo's days of being the big bullies on the block are OVAH.
Finally they get a taste of their own medicine.

There, is that right? I think that's how it goes.
I know your just being a smart-ass, but this fight cannot be compared to the ass-kicking Scott gave to Thornton.
The few of you talking about his play have probably only watched one Sabres game, max, this year. He hasn't been a liability at all and has been playing smart. I'm glad he is on the team and it seems everyone in the Sabres community is as well.

How could anyone call this a win or even a draw to either guy? Stop listening to the commentators and watch the fight. Anyone who thinks the shot at the end did anything to Scott is clueless. He got tugged on the neck and tripped going back into the boards. Draw in a pretty terrible fight.
Play terrible ? Isn't his fight against Thornton the only one he won ? Sure, that's great and all, but if no one is going to fight him, what's the point of him ? He takes up a roster spot.

Love seeing heavyweights like this go at it. Not the greatest fight, but narrow win to Parros with that last left. Although I don't think it was the punch dazed him, probably more so when Parros grabs his throat.

I am being a smartass, absolutely.
However I am also trying to poke a bit of fun at those (and there were many) who claimed that Scott taking out Thornton and the Bruins response to same was somehow the beginning of the end for Boston and a new beginning for Buffalo.
Since that game, Buffalo is 0-2 and Boston is 1-0 and on top of the league.
