It's pretty interesting to see how much most of choices this year were far off. People are only voting for their favorite players and want a great story. Dumb if you ask me, since the stars are not relevant anymore.
I don't particularly like it. Not going to lose any sleep over it or anything but I don't really bother watching the 3 stars anymore because of it. It's become a bit meaningless imo.
I vote for Price...doesn't matter if he lets in 0 goals or 10 goals. Heck it doesn't even matter if he didn't even play the game at all, he's got my vote regardless.
The fans. Yes because 2000 people voting represents everyone's opinion. If all the fans voted, you'd get a much different result. Guaranteed.
Actually statistically speaking I would think that 2000 people is enough to represent an entire population. I would also assume it would be between 95% and 99% confidence interval, but some stats guru could give you the exact number.*
So yes, 2000 people represent the entire fanbase opinion unfortunately

Thats truth if the people who vote are ramdomly chosen. If the people have to use their phone to vote, they not represent the entire fanbase, they represent the part of the fanbase who are willing to use their phone to vote...

You're right. I skip over a few details like that in my first post.
Unfortunately I still believe those 2000 people fairly represent what the entire fanbase would have chosen as 3 stars
