I can't root for the 49ers Harbaugh. Think he takes the "Biggest ******* in Sports" Crown at the moment.

1) Baltimore winning greatly upsets Stillers fans (always a positive).
2) Lewis may not be the only one retiring; Reed and Suggs may be joining him. This would greatly weaken the Ravens defense, allowing for one of the Ohio teams to make inroads toward the top of the division.
Depends on who you ask. He had the serious injury (Achilles) and look awful after returning. 10 years is a long time in the league, so I wouldn't be shocked if he decided to hang them up.
The holding was great execution by the Ravens. Since the out come of holding in the end zone is a safety anyways. But it did blow my mind that not one flag was thrown.

its funny, to me, how many people are up in arms over that play...its the same result and same amount of time on the clock...

Not necessarily. If a 49ers player could have made it to the punter sooner, there could have been more time on the clock. The punter had enough time to run to the corner of the end zone and pause there.
This exact play (intentionally taking a safety) is why I feel a safety should be worth more points (and the scoring team then still getting the ball back).

you're confusing it...if they called the holding...there is no change no difference...if there were no holding on the play, then you're right...

i don't feel like the situation occurs enough for this to really be an issue...

Nope, when the DB grabbed Crabtree and didn't let go until he fell. Since the ball was in the air, his holding became interference. You're right, though, Crabtree did push him to get him the hell off.
