Curious of anyone has 4 cheap seats (not looking for a big break on the price; just looking for inexpensive seats) for the Islanders/Sabres on the 9th. My younger brother just got engaged to a girl from Austria and she's decided she wants to go to her first hockey game because we both play hockey, but she's decided to be an Islander's fan because of Grabner being from Austria. She wants to go to the Buffalo game because Vanek is also from Austria and Grabner/Vanek are the only two significant Austrian NHL players. She wants to buy a Grabner jersey and everything. If anyone has seats they're not using, let me know!

Hello Islanders fans. Philly fan here who's never been to Nassau, has been to New York a grand total of 3 times in his life, and totally hates the Islanders the least out of any team in the division

I'm going to be in town this weekend and want to see a pro hockey game, and I don't want to pay an absurd amount of money to go to MSG and see the Rangers (my friends are poor). Stubhub tells me I can get tickets pretty cheap for the Sabres game this Saturday (2/9), but I like the people on this site better. So:
1) I am seeking 4-6 tickets to this Saturday's game vs. Buffalo. Nosebleeds are fine, the cheaper, the better. Taking a bunch of recent college grads who just moved the area and totally love how much everything costs :
2) I'm also curious about the Nassau Coliseum experience in general (I hear it's a real palace). What's parking like? Is it a complete joke to try to get there from Brooklyn without a car? (I'm probably going to drive for this reason)

The arena is not near public transportation. Take the car.
Go the the $7 parking lot.

Just North of Hempstead Tpke , right off Ovington Blvd.
Completely safe lot....Then walk in the arena
