A little carried away are you, you have so far played probably the league's weakest schedule and most games have been at home. Contrary to what you may think, nobody outside of Montreal considers the Habs to be in Boston's class, that's the plain truth. As per usual your hopes will rest on Price and the PP, be happy that your team is on the upswing, but to think that we have no grit, no toughness is just plain silly. As for Thomas, he was hit and miss against Montreal, the Bruins are quite fine with him, enjoy the game.

Ahhh don't joke about Markov's ACL, that scares me a lot.
I havent posted in some time but have been looking in from time to time.
After reading this thread i need to post a few things.
1. I had to block 2 posters for their strange and annoying opinions that make it hard to read a whole thread. can u name them?
2. Montreal is playing up to their potential and it is very exciting to see.
3. Montreal will whip the snot out of the booins wednesday.
4. Price is now in my view, completely arrived!! he is the real deal and his abilities/size/attitude/style/age/etc have me really happy for the future of our habs. NOT that i had doubts ever but no one can dispute his accomplishments and upside now, not even a hater.
5. Subban has been getting the bum rap and im sick of it. He has no off ice issues other than he is black and he is upbeat and proud of his abilities. Tired of the bull that reporters etc spout about him. He is a model citizen as much as anyone else. He has a good foundation in his family and has a great upbeat attitude that some just dont get.
If the media etc. ruins his days in montreal i will have to rethink my loyalties to this organization.
6. the 2 gallys rock!!
7. Emelin looks like a vet out there, loving his development into a top pairing D-man
8. Markov is the man.
9. Wolvie the warrior pacioretty
10. MB is doing good so far, really happy with the moves. Just wish he would have put an end to the bull crap that gets spewed about subban.
I'm an English speaking Habs fan in Quebec City for my honeymoon. Anyone have a recommendation for where to watch the game on Wednesday? I've seen a few Bruins fans and a lot of Bruins paraphernalia in stores; I guess being connected to New England and people's hatred of the Habs makes people slower and cheer for the Bruins? I kid...this city is absolutely wonderful!

Trying to find this bar with Google Maps (Restaurant Sportif Le Match), and can't find it. Hopefully, people from Quebec city will reply to your question.
So 3 games in 4 nights coming up (Wed vs Bruins, Thu @ Buf and Sat vs Leafs).
Would be nice to get at least 2 of 3. Figure Budaj gets a start and for me I'm looking at Thursday in Buffalo.
Should be a good one tomorrow!
Safe bet for Budaj on Thursday.
We haven't talked much about Budaj, but with a compressed schedule he may get up to 12 starts. His overall performance could be the big wild-card that determines how well we do.

I really hope he doesn't get anywhere close to 12 starts. Price will be fine as we saw this weekend on the back to back. Max 8 games IMO and if we have clinched late in the season Budaj can then get some extra starts

They show games at La Cage aux Sports and Boston Pizza.

There is a small Irish pub on Cartier; it’s not really a sports bar but there are plenty of screens and the beers are good! It’s called Pub Galway.
Btw... I live in Quebec City but I am born in Montreal so I need to “warn” you: Nordiques fans often cheer against the Habs! It’s a great hockey town.
