Really Doug?

Doug is such a genius. He admitted to signing Anson Carter just to stick to the Zherdev camp... Think about that, sign a player to spite another. This guy has made millions...?

That explains a lot about the Blue Jackets' scouting deficiencies over the McLean years...

LOL
Good that some of us still remember that trade, and Burkie's comments...

Yeah, McGuire must only scout players based on the EA system.
On there, Tanev is a 73.

And Kyprios commented on how he's such a great skater for being a big man. If Tanev was a big man, he'd have been drafted!

Its like the new intern put their notes in the wrong order. "And after the the break we talk about Vancouvers small but calm, defensive minded Zack Kassian.

Between Sportsnet and TSN, I really can't decide which one is funnier to watch when it comes to them talking about the Canucks.

To be fair, Tanev is 6'2. He's not heavy, but he's almost as tall as Kassian.

At least Sportsnet has some guys who deal with the canucks on a regular basis. Shorthouse, Garret, Murph etc. TSN is just completely ignorant.

I don't mind those three. For Sportsnet it's more Doug Maclean, Nick Kypreos and John Shannon - the panel guys.

^ I enjoy the SN Broadcast/ commentary team. It makes me sad when the games on TSN. it just dosen't feel the same. But as for SN at the intermission
If I wanted to listen to some "expert" about what he thinks the D pairings should be I'd just go to HF, Oh Wait. seriously though. give me some information that I might not know, a reason for a decision I might not have thought of, I mean kids can come up with like combos. I think I get dumber listening to those guys. I don't get intermission with TSN on Gamecenter so I cant complain about them. End rant.
