I've said it elsewhere, but I think a trade that would work for both sides in Niskanen for Setoguchi+ something. What that something is I leave to others to haggle over, but that fills a need for the Wild and fits with Shero's prior trading style.

Unfortunately I don't see the Oil as a trading partner. You of course have some pieces we would love, but we can't give you anything of equal value.
I'm pretty sure Fletch would not want to trade with some of our greatest competition either.
You guys are so stacked at forward, I doubt Seto could contribute much for you anyways.
Anywhere else either an LH DFD/TWD or a forward who has great puck control. We're also right up against the cap, so anyone making 4M+ needs to leave some salary behind.
Wish Yeo would at least try Seto on the first line with Parise and Koivu and see how he does. Seto needs more help than Heatley does so just move Heater down to the second line.

Actually in my opinion, the only guys who would be a dealbreaker on the blueline in Carolina is Gleason, Faulk, and Pitkanen. I could see Pits being moved but it'd probably take more than anyone would want to fork over for him though. So yeah, McBain would be able to start some talks.
Personally I don't want to see him go, he's the only dman who has decent chemistry with Pitkanen.
We may ask for a depth dman along with Seto if that's the case, unless Muller is crazy enough to insert Corvo back in (which he is).
