Its funny how people associate the ability to win fights with having team toughness. Its kind of like saying being good in the shootout means you have a great offense. This comparison only gets stronger in the playoffs too.

His post seemed to imply that I was attacking HF bruins fans because he was talking about how long he has been a fan and how many games he`s seen. I could only expect a refutation of my claim about classless thugs, that should be expected. And of course, he could argue that point all he wants, but IMHO the reality is that the Boston Bruins have no issue with taking runs/injuring/playing dirty. That's something I have no issue stating. I just wanted to make it clear that I am separating the club from the fanbase.

Who can forget this uber doosh making the decapitation hand signal to J. Thornton after the Zednik diving incident. And what did our fearless leader of a coach Frobbie Ftorek do in response? Stood there like an idiot with his arms crossed blankly staring towards center ice. I'd like to see sausage lips try that with CJ.

One really has to wonder how people like that get by in life, barely holding onto a semblance of reality.

Seriously? Sounded like self indulgent **** to me. I like some rap but not the stuff that sounds like it was written by a child.

Ok guys, lets refrain from posting garbage in our own forum. Do it on one of the Bruins or TML threads

I dig his style. Leopard print with all that gold is pretty fly. The song is kind of meh though. I'll admit I'm pretty partial to the older stuff. A couple songs off the new T.I. is good. I know people are losing their minds over the new Kendrick Lamar too. It's not that I think it's garbage it's just not as great as some seem to think it is.

Can't go wrong with Illmatic. I have to admit I don't think I've listened to Black on Both right through. I've heard enough songs off it that I proabably should. DJ Premier's Mathematics is a classic.

Krs One, Big Daddy Kane, Eric B & Rakim, Epmd and countless others. But for me Doom's the best by a long shot.

and this is probably the best hip hop album of all time

This fanbase will never cease to amaze and despair me. On a Bruins Match discussion, we went from discussing MTL v Quebec sports bars to hip hop music?

Also, I love the hate between Boston and Montreal. Each believe the other to be utterly biases and nut.

They're a bunch of Hot Dog throwing apes. So effing delusional on how the Canadiens are the biggest divers, seriously besides Lapierre and that one play by Wisniewski, who the hell has ever dived. Bunch of dirty hitting goons, I still remember McLaren's dirty hit on Zednik with 1 minute to go and Booins up by 3.

As to the rest of your post, it was probably aimed more at other people than me since, as stated, I don't consider Boston to be a dirty team as a whole. Marchand can be outright dirty, IMO; Lucic reacts without thinking and can be accused of stupidity more than dirtiness; Thornton is your go-to guy for fights, which is a separate category. He'll fight you but won't injure you. But aside from those examples, as I said, playing aggressive is not the same as playing dirty. I wouldn't classify a Boston/Montreal game as 'dirty'. It's become a meaningless cliche, just like accusing Montreal of 'diving'. Easy insults, but simply not true for the most part.
thank god

the butthurt in this thread was getting overwhelming

lol @ the zednik diving incident. disconnected from reality much?

I'm still mad about that McLaren hit. Zednik was amazing in those playoffs. Pretty sure he was leading the playoffs in points at that point.

Zednik was always pretty solid after but he was never quite the same. Kind of like AK46 after his injury in that Philly game in his 2nd(?) season.

The past 20 years are not the golden age of music.

Early 90s are saved by the grunge rock movement though, Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, Nirvana, Soundgarden... All great quality there. Same for Hip-Hop, most classic hip-hop artists/songs rose in the 90s.

For me its really been since 2000+ that music has started to get worse every year.

Linkin Park, Cold Play, and Arcade Fire are worth listening to, but one expects more quantity over a decade.
