Hopefully it will clear out and the roads can get clear before game time travel for those headed into the city.

All I know is I need to find a shovel...

Would be nice if I could finally convince my brother to put the plow on his truck and back it into the driveway. Come Saturday afternoon, drop plow, drive forward, shoveling complete!

It won't, they said 12 to 18 hours of snowing.

I am going to watch the game at 10 am with a nice coffee and bacon and eggs, then play 18 holes of golf, should be around 50 f, here. I think it snowed here 3 times this year and that is all we should have. You guys have had it rough over there this year.

Well this stinks but we are due for a solid snow storm, we've escaped them for a couple winters now.

the Model runs are all over the map, literally. one run had Boston getting upwards of 3 feet, and the last NOAA had all rain in Boston.

I'd love that job . . .

That sounds like last weekend. Love it when I run out of room to put snow in the driveway.

Why not shift the game to Saturday night?

Both teams don't play until Sunday night. They should be able to charter out Saturday night right after game.

I'm not going anywhere. We're expecting something like a foot of snow up here.

This storm could drop 24"+ in the Boston area. Game may get canceled.

My wife drove from Binghamton to Plymouth today and is
scheduled to come home on Friday.

She took the 4 wheel drive so that will help some what.

So I'll be keeping an eye on this one.

Most I have heard is one foot, are you in charge of parking bans or something?

Does it have snow tires ? If not it only means all 4 wheels will be spinning instead of 2.

The only times I have missed a game over the past god about 15-20 years now is if the power was out or the cable was out.

I have missed some live but always have a DVR. Used to be able to have someone "tape" the game for me and give me the VHS years ago but now everything is DVR so if it is out I missed the game.

Latest weather models indicate potential for 2 feet. Channel 7 recently upped totals to 15-20 inches. Channel 4 has 1-2 feet. Blizzard Watch is also up now too.

Providence and Springfield postponed their Friday games.

With the Lightning in New Jersey on Thursday, they'd fly to Boston post-game and be here for Friday. However, I can't see the NHL canceling Saturday's game... but maybe changing the 1pm start to 7pm. Bruins better give some notice though so local businesses can plan accordingly.

Blizzard watch in effect now.
