I keep reading that Tuukka Rask was funny in their GDT, but I don't get it.
What am I missing?
to be honest I didnt get it either so I asked. All the names were changed to be similar except his. His is funny on its own apparently. Not sure why thats funny but so be it.
My favourite part of their GDT is the idea to sit Markov if the Habs get ahead by a couple goals because the Bruins might take out his knee to send a message. Because the Bruins totally do stuff like that.
Claude isn't gonna trust that fourth line with much in Montreal. Will need the top three lines all to be rolling tonight.
Some of the crap that gets thrown around in the GDT's of both fanbases when there is a game is just plain whacked. Sometimes it actually makes me sick to my stomach to go over there and read it. B's fans can be just as bad though so I'm not judging them any harsher than some fellow B's fans in here.
It reminds of the crap that goes on over in England/Scotland amongst football fans. It's so bad over there that alot of establishments don't even allow team colors/gear to be worn in them because of violence.
Hopefully, Rask shows up for this game. He's 1-6-1 against the Habs in his career...
And if I listen to my biaised Habs fans friends, we are playing the next dynastie in the NHL tonight. That's what a 6-2 start, with 6 games at home against weak opponents can make to that silly biaised bunch...
Sooooo the Bruins have had a more difficult schedule so far?
From what ive gathered over that board is. Boston is full of poor people, along with "New England", so nobody should ever want to visit here. Baked beans are gross. One guy wants to what I assume is to crap on our logo if he ever gets the chance to go in our locker room. And we're the city of those racist tweets. (the ignorance on this is just darn sad. Those tweeters weren't even FROM Boston.,but I digress)
I wonder if that classy fanbase will boo our anthem again.

Don't know, both faced the Jets, Devils, Leafs, Sabres. All at home except Bruins @ Leafs.
Bruins had the Rags twice and the Habs played the Sens twice ... I'd say th Rangers are the better team than the Sens, but I didn't see them play yet.
Well, Habs against Panthers and Capitals speaks for itself I guess.
Islanders and Canes are better this year than both of those two so I'd say: Yes, the Bruins had a slightly tougher schedule.
Especially after tonight when the Habs will have played 7 out of their first 9 at home.
I wouldn't mind giving Spooner or even Tardif with his goal scoring touch this year, a shot with Bergeron and Seguin, keeping Campbell on the 4th with some NHL experience.
It makes perfect sense to me to leave Campbell on the 4th line and have either Spooner or Tardif with Bergeron and Seguin..
I'm struggling to understand Claude's thinking here but I'm not second guessing him. In Claude we trust at this point
Only thing I can think of is that he doesn't just want to give Tardiff or Spooner the 2nd line spot.. they want them and that whole 4th line to work hard to earn it. But at the same time, if we're going to have an entire AHL line, I can't imagine he's going to roll them out with even ice time.. especially in Montreal..
So then I go back... seems like it would make more sense to have a responsible/defensive Campbell anchoring the 4th line and take your chances with Tardiff or Spooner on the 2nd line. Bergeron would make up for some rookie mistakes that may be made.. and you could give the 4th line a few more minutes they otherwise wouldn't have if it were Tardiff - Spooner - MacDermid.
But again. In Claude I trust.
My guess is that if it's not working out one way or another, we'll see Spooner or Tardiff take a shift or two in Campbell's place.
Given the personnel on the Bruins for tonight's game.. I'm not exactly brimming with confidence. I'll be happy to grind out a loser point to be honest.
But I'm hoping that some guys *coughSeguincough* step up their game and the Bruins just win outright.
I am so so fired up!! I just hope my B's feel the same and represent to the fullest!! Lets Go Bruins! I am out of work early jajajajja tho I have a bit of driving to do now oh well. 7:30 start but I am sure it will be about 7:40

Anthem booing is a time honored tradition in Montreal and it has been perfected as it has been passed down from generation to generation.

There are a lot of racists in Quebec, I don't live too far from them.

There are a lot of racists in Vt too especially outside of the Champlain Valley. They are just not as apparent because they don't have many minorities around to stoke their racism. However way off topic...Go B's!!!!
