Well you're not gonna see it from me. I'll admit that Dubinsky hit him with more malice. Either way these head hits that result in injury have to face more responsibility from the league than what has been shown to date since Shannahan stepped in.

Fining Dubinsky is a bad joke.

The league has said for a while now that the onus is on the checking player to let up when he can see the guy's numbers. You can't ask Scuderi to not make a play that the league says he has every right to make.
