Well you're not gonna see it from me. I'll admit that Dubinsky hit him with more malice. Either way these head hits that result in injury have to face more responsibility from the league than what has been shown to date since Shannahan stepped in.

Fining Dubinsky is a bad joke.

Many players pull up and the other guy traps them against the boards. For example, that's quite common when racing to touch up an icing.

That's because on an icing call you don't have to worry about coming out with the puck, you just have to touch it. The league has said for a while now that the onus is on the checking player to let up when he can see the guy's numbers. You can't ask Scuderi to not make a play that the league says he has every right to make.
