The Lounge"...Where the parking lot of the Igloo meets the concourse of the Nassau County Coliseum and the bathroom line of the Skyreach..." - Wickedbsfan
If you don't already; one day you'll work 50 hour weeks... for months on end. You're going to wonder where the year went. In that fast paced life full of stress and hard work, you can't quite remember what you did of actual worth. Now you're 25... 26... 27 ...30. Maybe you helped a couple of people- maybe you made a nice purchase or achieved financial security for a bit- but really, if you took that all away, you'd still be there... looking for some sort of actual happiness / self-worth. You're slowly working yourself to your own inevitable death.
Finding meaning in life is tough. Look at how people jump into relationships to cover their own flaws and settle for a life of mediocrity to appease the critical mass. In the end they wake up next to a woman who also settled for you and a job that helps achieve another man's dream and you realize- ****, you're mortal and you die. And when you're on your death bed in the ultimate state of negative ****s and realize how much you could have had, had you lived for you and not someone else- well, that's troubling.

Speak for yourself. I love work and take almost any overtime I can get. Double bubble baby, I like the money. I still get lots of days off and have no problem with working 2 weeks straight. That's the beauty of 12 hour days, some people hate em, I love em!
You're over thinking it skip; stop complaining and get on a jet ski
Did someone watch Fight Club for the first time last night?
