Proposal: Buffalo & Minnesota
To Minnesota:
Leopold
Adam
3rd round pick
Sundher

To Buffalo:
Setoguchi
Cullen

Leopold for Cullen has already been approved by many fans of both teams, and Sets is struggling so bad hes on 4th line minutes for Minnesota...Adam a former ROY candidate who also is struggling plus what projects to be a high 3rd and Sundher a middling center prospect give Minnesota a decent young return for a struggling star with a high cap hit.

Why did I have a feeling Leopold and Setogucchi would be floated in this deal when I saw the title of the thread?

I like it from a Buffalo POV, which probably means Wild fans won't. Then again, with their Minnesota Nice they might be too polite to refuse

Leo for Cullen works if it wasn't for Cullen wanting to stay in Minnesota.

Adam, Sundher, 3rd seems like selling quite low on Seto, but I haven't seen him play this season, so maybe he really is that bad?

Be that as it may, with their loaded pipeline I'm not sure how this kind of package (top6 winger/center project, middling center prospect, 3rd rounder) would really help them a lot.

can you keep your pick and prospect and throw in stafford?

Cullen has a NTC, and all wild fans believe he wouldn't waive it considering he might want to end his career here, and i think our staff prob wouldn't even ask him to waive it unless we're out of playoffs at deadline.

best package your gonna get from us in terms of nhl players right now is prob gonna be Setoguichi + Clutterbuck imo, we still lack top6 center depth and experienced NHL defense.

agreed...I think leopold for Sets is about a wash at this point... thats basically leaves it as Stafford and Adam for Clutterbuck(who I love btw but hes not worst that kinda price tag)
