Gresh and Zo talking hockey, or trying to. I'm guessing EEI is still stuck on truck day.
Did anyone catch T&R's bit on truck day this morning? Rich was out there inciting the crowd and making fun of them, and not only did Steve Buckley think he was for real, but so did the one eyed bandit. It was hilarious...

The fact is this could happen with either station at any given time that you happen to jump into your car.
I posted earlier that on Tuesday I was in and out if the car all day and every time I turned on EEI it was Gronk talk. Noon, 1 pm, 4 pm, 7 pm. Gronk, Gronk, Gronk. Yesterday I drove to work at 3:30 pm and it was Gronk (and some Celtics). Today I get in the car at noon, and it's Gronk (Or to be fair, it was an interview with a porn star who was seen with Gronk).
I don't get the Hub on my car radio, so I don't know. I did check via app yesterday and Gresh was screaming about Wes Welker. So I turned it off.
Can't just put the equipment on a jet? I'm confused.
I suppose, "Privately owned and operated jet day" doesn't have the same ring to it.
Jet fuel costs more than gasoline, so they'd never go for it.
More importantly, don't they have enough cash where they can have bats and balls at both facilities? Seems kind of wasteful in terms of fuel to have to ship things back and forth.
I just realized listening to the weather on TV right now for an hour that its just like listening to sports radio. Same people talking about the same crap over and over and over just like they did last year.
Hope y'all got to enjoy Kevin Winter as the flash guy on WEEI while you could, because the station canned him this morning after 6 weeks. I thought he was alright to be honest.
So clearly WEEI doesn't know what they are doing because they do these public auditions for the gig last fall, Winter gets the job, then they change their mind after six weeks. Jason Wolfe (program director) comes off looking like an absolute moron:

Here is what Wolfe said upon Winter's hiring:
"I'm thrilled to be adding Kevin's outstanding talent to WEEI. He's got tremendous passion, energy and wit, and will provide the perfect blend of personality and knowledge that will add a ton to D&C's show."

This seems to be a program director covering his own a**. He should probably be the one that is fired.
