I'm Korean, so I'm biased, but I agree. Best. Food. Ever. Kalbi, soondooboo jigae, and ddukmandoogook for the win.

Kimchi is extremely overrated, like Sriracha.

Big fan of Korean food, although admittedly I haven't had enough. When I go back to teaching english again, Korea may be an option.

I really like korean bbq, and duk mandu gook. Although, I don't like that last word, it's a damn good soup. Basically, very similar to wonton soup, and except with ricecake and glass noodles in it. Very carb heavy, but very tasty. I love texture foods, and the ricecakes are amazing.

Korean food in the US tastes better than Korea. Just as long as you're near a large city with a large Korean population.

I actually enjoy the taste of dog. Don't knock it until you've tried it.

Bulgolgi
Kalbi
KBBQ Pork Belly
Kimchi
Bibimbap
Kimbap
Naengmyeon

***** is ****ing amazing! Good stuff. Actually had some rice with spicy Chicken Bulgolgi for dinner a few days ago.

Soon Tofu is really good too, especially with egg. We have a Soon Tofu place across the street from my apartment; it's a tad pricy, but it gets you full.
