They didnt deserve to win this game anyway. Bryz sucks at shootouts but you know what? You can't expect him to do everything. You have to take one for your goalie too. This team can't score at all. Giroux looks like a completely different player, Briere doesn't know wtf he's doing, Voracek looks like he's 600 pounds when he's skating... Idk what's going on with this team but they better change it, because if Bryz can't keep this up and goes through a bad stretch of games, we could be out of the playoff race very early
G is not at the top of his game offensively but having briere destroy everything he creates offensively is killing his production
He's paying well in all other facets
He's playing good in every other area. Offensively he is passing way too much. Sometimes he just needs to take it and make a play. He's trying to set guys up too much.
Our Fwds have no moves. That quick shot by Mueller is highest percentage shoot out move, we never attempt.
Huberdeau , rookie shoots. Lavy never shakes it up, same shooters with same **** moves. Christ I would take Couts , Sestitto and McGinn to try something different.

Schenn played well tonight. Lavy rewarded him too with 18 minutes of playing time. He has progressively looked better since Carolina last Saturday. Giroux looks hurt. I'm telling you, something in his lower body, he is knocked off the puck to easily and skating isn't as strong as he was last year. There seems to be something wrong there. Voracek looked good too. The team is obviously just lacking the scoring. Hartnell and Simmer being out is hurting their depth tremendously right now.
Keep plugging away, and when we get healthy we will see where this team is. Seems like 2 weeks is when our team will be back to complete.

I thought Hartnell was going to be out longer than that? What's the latest on him?
I'll agree that it doesn't look like he has that same fire and gear we've come to expect in him.
For example, I know this is a small occurance, but at a time in the 2nd period, Giroux carried the puck into the zone casually, and went for what looked to be a half assed drag and shoot through the defenseman, which he shot directly into his shins. This has happened a lot this season. If you remember, Giroux used to fly Into the zone and make the d back up, and a lot of times fine a lane for that shot, and has even scored like that. He's made a lot of plays that certainly make it look like he's not all in. Idk that he's not trying, but it looks like something's off for sure.
