I don't know if they 'improved' because they did lose Jay McKee, and I think McKee is better, but it is another player we didn't get

Buffalo seems to believe that he he, Spacek, is the better defensemen as opposed to McKee. McKee was a one-man wrecking crew in he brought grit and blocked shots. Spacek was 10th in blocked shots this past year (not bad, there are a lot of defensemen out there), and he brings more mobility, offense, and even checking to the blue-line.

BTW, I know the majority of you hate Buffalo fans, so ummm...sorry if I bugged you.
