Quick question about the Verizon Center. Last season I stumbled upon tickets that got me into some sort of VIP room which included food for days and an open bar. I was pretty messed up when I got there so all I really remember is that I went through several sets of doors from the 400 level concourse to get there.
I'd appreciate it if somebody could give me some more information on this.
I like to park at this garage on 6th street. If you are coming in on Constitution and then make a left on 6th you'll cross Pennsylvania Ave. There be this small concrete media and two under ground garages right next to each other and you want to take a left in the first. Sort of a half U turn there unless your coming down 6th from Verizon.
Thanks.
How much does it cost? If I arrive say 1:20 before the game is it not filled? How long a walk? Any others?

Do you need tickets to get into the Dewars club? If so, I'm guessing that was it because when we bought our gae tickets the scalper gave us two tickets for the club as well.
As long as this is what I'm looking for, how would I go about getting tickets for this for the game on Sunday?

That sounds right. I had a buddy who had glass tickets for a year and they had Dewars club tickets with them as well. Honestly I don't know how to just get those Dewars club tickets though.
Trying to get rid of 2 tickets in section 204 for the Canes game on 3/12. Includes access to the Dewars club mentioned above, which includes pre-game food, drink and two t-shirts.
Selling them for face value, money goes to charity. PM me if interested.
Looking for two tickets for game vs. Toronto Maple Leafs APril 15th. Doing a road trip with my roomate from ottaw trying to find a bunch of games. PM me or e-mail me scjeff@hotmail.com
I have 2 tickets for this Saturday's game against the Devils. Not trying to sell them, just looking for some advice in regards to attending a game at Verizon. Its been at least 10 years since I attended a Caps game, nevermind one that starts at 12pm.
I figure I can get my way around things fine on my own, but any advice/suggestions in regards to arrival time, parking, etc... would be appreciated.
If you're not planning on dining out beforehand, I'd arrive 30-60 minutes early and try to find street parking east of the arena (in the box outlined by H & D on the north and south edges and 6th & 3rd on the west and east edges). You can refresh the meter with your cell phone now and it's cheaper than any garage you'll find. There are others spots to find street parking, but that's where I have the most luck and it's a breeze getting on 395 via 3rd street.
If you do dine out beforehand, I'd arrive 1.5-2 hours early and park in one of the $10 garages near the arena. There's two on 10th on either side of F, and I believe at least one D between 6th and 7th (might be another between 7th and 8th).

Canes fan living in DC these days, thinking about trying to get to the game tonight. Anyone have any clue as to what I would expect to pay for a ticket from a scalper? Debating whether I want to go through the annoyance and fees of stubhub or not.
Got a single in LL Center Preferred 113, Row C for Sun March 10th vs New York Rangers @ 12:30pm. I can't make the game.
