Decent. Not Homeland good, but a bit faster paced at the start.

DVR'd it, but haven't watched it.
Hoping it's another as good as Homeland.
Thought it was very solid. 80s cold war vibe was great. Only minor quibble was the training flash backs its tough to make the actors as young as they should be. Both main characters are very 'round' (vs. flat) characters. Any time I watch a series premiere that when the episode finishes and was like "damn its already over" means it was decent.

The Americans was outstanding, Grantland called it the best new show since Homeland. Also it looks like they'll be dropping in Caps references.
Apparently no one on the entire internet noticed the Denis Maruk mention.

I watched part of it..seemed solid. Have it DVR'd...
Was funny to see Keri Russel checking some dudes oil. I like the dirty angle with her....normally she plays such innocent characters.

My missus and I had dinner with Maruk's wife a couple years ago. Very nice lady!

Season premier of the real Top Gear is tonight on BBC America. Channel 189 on FIOS. Gonna be fabulous, as usual.

Did that american version get killed? Man that was horrible.
Walking Dead back this Sunday. Also for the BSG fans the Blood & Chrome will also be on SyFy Sunday also. Think it is at 8pm.

I'm pretty surprised that the Dorner and Alabama hostage stories didn't get more traction. They got a lot of news coverage, but the public doesn't seem to be that interested in them. I find them both mesmerizing.

I agree. They were saying this morning on WMAL that they've got a burned body they believe is him. I had a flash today: what if it isn't, and he kidnapped some poor guy that matches his description, and burned him beyond recognition?
With this guy, you never know.
