How in the world is our coverage in front of the net so bad? If you are only going to defend one area on the entire ice, it has to be that spot.

Sestitov is a true sniper. He's not a healthy scratch. He's relocated and reloading.

For the hockey rule experts...could that have been called a "hand pass"? puck hit Timonens glove, and another Flyer played it...

Canes win the face-off and their d shoots which then gets rebounded directly to an uncovered Tlusty.

B. Schenn looks like he's second guessing everything he does. Besides hitting.

Did Semin just muscle Grossmann off the puck?

They look terrible again. Nobody has any idea what to do in the offensive zone. Ring it around, turn, back to the point, ring it around the boards again, turn it over.

On the odd occasion they find any room and find a man it gets blocked because they take so damn long with the shot.

Just not a fun team to watch.

Hand pass is allowed in the D zone.

Unless they changed that? If they did change that, he didn't make a motion to pass with his hand, it just hit and bounced off as part of his shot block.

Doubt it. Puck just glanced off his glove in an attempt to block the pass. Wasn't a pass by any means.

Semin can be very good defensively when he's on his game.
