If Diaz Subban and Markov are still all there, they'll probably keep Beaulieu in the AHL a 2nd year. He is a late birthday so he will only be 20 to start next season. Tinordi should be in the mix and maybe a guy like St.Denis as #7.

I would expect Beaulieu to be in Hamilton next year, he needs a lot of work on his defensive game so no need to rush him imo.

How did the team look otherwise?
They had a lot of jump and the offense was rolling as Brezzy was working with them in practice and perhaps having several people from management at the game they felt the need to play more inspired as several were much more noticeable then they had been in the past. But defensive breakdowns and poor decisions in their own end continue to be a problem, at least the offense got going for a change.

I was wondering, did the contract between the Bulldogs and TVASports come to an end when the lockout ended? I'm asking because they haven't shown a single game since then. Yes I know how brave I am to voluntarily watch them play

It was probably at their discretion when and what games they would show and also, the guys who were doing the Dogs games, aren't they back to covering the Sens?

When he's 25ish he'll be a decent fighter himself. Right now, he's learning the ropes of being a good fighter.

He got knockdown?

desbiens is a tough costumer... Last season in Calgary, he fought almost all the heavyweight in the west and he won a lot of fights...!

Wow, shutout loss...this season really is a total write off. Is there nothing that can be done to at least be a little more competitive because right now the Dogs are the doormat of the league which can't be good for the confidence or development of any of these young players.

Seems like every time the Dogs scored more than 4 goals in a game, they can't even score one during the following match. It's already the 6th time this season that the team has been shut out. Hopefully, the fact that they'll play their next 9 games at home will help their record.

Also what's the deal with Tyler Murovich? I thought he would temporary fill a spot but it seems like he'll remain with the team for an extended period of time. If Murovich is going to play ahead of Lefevbre and Leveille, I think that should send them to Wheeling. No need to carry that many extra players.

I've also seen that St-Denis has missed the two last games. I bet he is injured! Does anybody knows how long he'll be absent?

St-Denis is injured but I didn't watch the game so I missed the update, believe he was out day to day. They seem to like Murovich since he gets regular ice time on the 3rd line.

Surprised no body posted this article, seems that Blake Geoffrion may never play again, despite the desire to...

It's not like he got beat up, took a couple shots and not much damage. As he fills out I think he will be a beast in this aspect. Big differece from 6'7" 210lbs to 6'7" 240 or 245lbs. He heeds to fight more upright and use his reach.

How are people certain that he can put on 30 lbs of lean mass?

I know that many people put on that much weight or more.

Bear with me, I'm not an expert, I'm seeking knowledge.

My concern is that different bodies are different, and have different capacities to gain mass. Some can put on a lot, others can only put on a little, for whatever reason.

Tinordi could easily reach 240. Him not reaching 240 would be indicative of one thing: he didn't do the work. Either in the gym or the dinner table, probably both.

Based on what? The width of his bones? His height?

Avtsin is playing, wut.

Seeing all the scratches, looks like the coach is not happy with the 3-0 loss from yesterday.
