I'm not sure what time zone Sweden is in but it ends at 10 pm EST every day

Wy are we starting without a NE division Commisioner? And what if a commish wants to bid on his players? How does that work?

Just to make sure everyone sees this...

Each team will get one pardon. How pardons will work is if that team wins two starting goalies, for example, they can use a pardon to not win one of those goalies. The next highest bid will win the goalie that the team used a pardon on. Be very careful in using this since you will only get one.

Whole team. You literally start out with nothing except for a team name and lots of salary cap space.

These have to be approved, by the way, and done before the next day begins, or else they cannot be used.

Division Commissioners will be able to bid on their own teams, however, their deadline is an hour before the rest unless they have been actively bidding on said player and a GM can vouch for their interest in said player if it's brought up.

I'm still sticking around as the league commissioner, just don't have time to sort through the auctions and what not.
