Well, we are looking decent. All it takes is one soft goal by Holtby to make us look like **** though.

Even with the slow start, gotta say Holtby always looks so calm.

So predictable, Green goes into zone, looks for Ovi, everyone could see it.

I feel bad for Backstrom. Playing with a bunch of nobodies.

The 3rd line has looked really good, possession-wise at least. The chemistry between Perreault and Fehr is well established.

I know we're still in the first period, but is it just me or has Schultz looked pretty decent?

Imagine these Caps minus Ribeiro. Without that deal, they would've broken all the records for sucking.

God, it's like having a 55 year old 4th grader on the broadcast team. At least Joey, Kid Reporter was kind of an ass.

Yeah, no finish. But at least he looks good.

Also, Fehr's been playing hard. I'd like to see him get a try on a top line so he could have a real centerman for a change.

I'm pretty sure Gormley is just a piece of modern art. Nobody can be that bad unintentionally. We are witnessing the work of a genius.

And 1-0!

I don't know why everyone hates Carlson.

Without him at d, we'd be like we currently are on offense without Semin.

Stop hatin' on our number 3 scoring threat guys. Appreciate what little we have.

Chimera better be off the top line.

Ribeiro after that brutal turn over looked pissed.
