All thats left is for a puck to stop on the goal line w/o fully clearing the line and then being covered up by the opposing goalie..

Change PP. Brodin in.
They've tried enough with Bouchard. It's not going anywhere.

We're doing fine. If Backstrom doesn't throw a juicy rebound off and an easy shot this is a 0-0 game in a period we had the better chances.

They really need to start kicking, too. Who cares if it goes up for review? At least they put it in once.

It's become a mental thing now. We score one, we'll score a few. It's all about getting that first goal and not a first goal while playing major catch up. Next goal has to be ours.

The only coach I can see that may be on the hotseat that would be enough of an upgrade over yeo to make the firing worth it would be Lindy Ruff. Although I may be biased because I've been a Sabres fan since the days of Hasek.

We hope a good coach gets labeled as the scapegoat for a bad team.

Pretty much. that was my childhood team. Lindy has been there forever, it seems like.

I think I would take Ruff in a heartbeat right now.

It sucks that Granlund got called for interference after showing some aggressiveness, he had the right mindset.

Exactly. It's not like he hasn't been trying. If anything, he's been one of the few guys who is being selfish (in a good way) and getting the puck to the net rather than fiddling around with it.

Yep. When I started watching hockey it was before the Wild existed but after the northstars left. I picked Buffalo because I played a lot of goalie in youth hockey and really liked Hasek.

I modeled my goaltending style after Hasek... which is probably why after a couple years they moved me to defense.

Yea. Pretty sure only Hasek can play Hasek. I tried, too. Didn't quite hold.

I haven't been impressed with his play either. Not even just this game, I haven't been impressed yet. I am still trying to figure out why he was so "Parise-like" with being so coveted. I am not seeing it yet. Zach is worth every penny... Suter should pay us right now.

I have to say it looks like the Wild practiced checking.
