Getting nasty in the habs/leafs game, even kadri had an explosive hit on Emelin.

I remember a lot of people criticizing JVR in the offseason but he's off to a good start with the Leafs.

Kadri has been playing well too.

Atta boy Gallagher, much respect.

...and now kadri just got compared to a young Gilmoure: facepalm:I hope they don't start hyping to no end and make me hate him.

Proust starting ****, good for him.

Too many fans (and NHL teams) are always disappointed when a big guy doesn't skate around and drill opposing players into the boards every chance he gets, regardless of anything else they do. It's what ultimately booted Thornton from Boston and JVR from Philly. Frankly I think the Flyers got completely ripped off in that trade.

And Kadri was held back because Ron Wilson is a terrible coach.

Why did we let Brian Elliott leave? He would have been perfect for the tank.

Also this Leafs/Habs game is getting really chippy.

Leafs putting a serious beatdown on the Habs. Not just on the scoreboard either.

I lol'd at Orr fighting Plekanec, then Rene Bourque jumping in and Orr grabs him and drops him with a single punch

It was like that all game. Leafs were mad about winning or something. So many dirty plays.

Leafs look like a decent team playing as a unit this season.

Proof that Ron Wilson was a terrible coach.

Apparently the Blues are immune to Hooking and Tripping calls.

Numerous infractions and none called, but Getzlaf gets called for a nudge and the Blues tie on the PP.
Refs really helping the Blues out of the slump.

Berglund with one of the most obvious Goalie interference. And the Blues announcers are mystified...

So refs only handed the Blues 1 point today. (and denied the 2nd correctly though)

Touché, I have no comebacks on that one, I can see he's thinking if only I had 6 Matty Hunny.

If Kipper is injured long term it will be. But when he gets back they will be a .500 hockey team in purgatory.

lol @ the hab fans on the main board...

Just complaining about the so called "bite" non-stop. Using it as a deflection after being beating up by the Leafs, and on the scoreboard.

So Orr knees Plekanec, jumps Gionta and sucker punches Bourque. What a tool.

Somewhere out there Burke shed a tear. So much truculence and pugnacity.

And Carlyle is a great coach. Shows what a difference coaching makes.
