The orange-and-black road jerseys of the Denver Spurs in the 70's.

That sooooooo looks like it would be a photo of a high school or very very small, riff-raff college team somewhere.

I know they tried to make it look like a plane but it never looked like a plane to me.

I have a white replica spiders i wear for pickup once in a while.

A few years back i contacted someone called 'HockeyJimm' regarding info. on a spiders jersey. He had some pics of a prototype of a spiders jersey that the team execs. nixed because of the extra cost - the numbers had webbing - here's the 2 pics he sent me and i saved.

p.s. also have a white replica baltimore bandits jersey. would love to have a replica carolina monarchs.

If you were a ref or a reporter, you would hate those numbers a lot.

Danbury had some awesome jerseys but a thug team.

Muskegon Fury weren't too bad.

Ashville Smoke were pretty cool.

Knoxville Speed were okay.

BC Icemen.

KC Outlaws

Richmond Riverdogs and Adirondack Frostbite were tolerable.

Not sure how to post this here...

The AHL Baltimore Skipjacks was Pittsburgh's farm team until 1987. In 1988, the Capitals picked up the affiliation. So, for the 1987-88 season, the team was unaffiliated.

This is the link to a page selling a game worn jersey. You can scroll through the four pictures provided.

From an auction at worthpoint.com

There are a lot of good ones. St. Paul Saints though are probably my all time favorite, although that's some bias as they were a MN team

Also, this is the jersey the Wild used - it seems quite a few other NHL teams as well - to design their Christmas jerseys - the St. Paul Athletic Club, circa 1915
