Blurry, ambiguous screenshot taken from a position perpendicular to the player gets posted

"Clear as day"

....

Clear sequence of shots showing the the exact position of the players knee relative to the other player

"Urgh, Can't see ****"

The league won't even look at these plays.

They'd rather look at a still picture than to watch the actual video

Do you know what spatial reasoning is?

How do you evaluate where his knee is on the E-W axis on a E-W view of the event? Magic? Positioning in the E-W plane can only be evaluated in the N-S plane, which has been posted many times.

Seriously. Spatial reasoning is taught in grade 10. It's a good course. Please take it.

Even if we assume that Orr *was* attempting to throw a knee there. When, in the history of the league, has a player been suspended for attempting something when nothing ended up happening?

The sheriff Mr Orr shows why he is the best enforcer in the league. Borque wants to jump in with a horse collar as third man he's lucky he got off light. Feel bad for George's, gotta be embarrassing. Mtl has noone in the minors who can come up and compete with Orr Mclaren Brown Fraser Dion and even CMac can throw them. Tough night for montreal, sun will rise in Florida though.

He actually bodychecked Reimer more than once tonight? With no penalties? In a league when you now sneeze on a goalie and get 5 minutes? Hey, Prust isn't no angel. He did try to start something out of frustration. But nothing at the extent that Orr responded to. Prust took Komarov by the neck for 2-3 seconds. He actually was letting Komarov go when tough guy Grabovski was coming towards him. Prust didn't attack Grabovski. Grabovski wanted to play the tough guy coming to help a teamate. How's that comparable or deserving of that kind of response ESPECIALLY when your team is destroying the other team in the scoreboard.

Basically the jist of this thread is. If anyone has there hands, forearms near your mouth in a scrum biting is acceptable.

people can justify anything it's quite amazing.
Take a look in the mirror.....what was he trying to do....protect Prust....if you are having your head pulled back and an arm in your mouth and your arms tried up....just what would you expect.

Grabo has some bite to his game.

Who told Gionta to go after Orr? And who made Bourque a referee? I can understand he wanted to contribute since he did basically nothing in the game, but he isn't wearing stripes.

From the Leafs being dirty perspective...I would take the most issue with Orr grabbing Gionta. Didn't really seem necessary IMO and would have avoided some of the other events.

Most of the other things seem either somewhat inconclusive (knee, bite) or to some extent a reaction to an incident (sucker punch).

If Prust was such a tough guy why didn't try to start something with Orr or McLaren?

Probably because he got his ass handed to him by Fraser, our 3rd best fighter.

Finally, a leafs fans and habs fan agreeing.
1. - Orr never punched Gionta he just wrestled him down

2. - Bourque being the 3rd man in should be ready for anything Orr throws at him, how in the hell is Orr to know if hes going to punch him in the face or just try and break it up, it was purely reactionary.

3. - Nothing happened as a result of the Orr "sucker punch" and it was no more of a cheap shot then what prust did.

4. - stop whining and get over it.

Watch the video and see who tossed the first punch and you will see it was Bourque.....you toss a punch and the guy feeds you....it is not a sucker punch.

But Bourque put Orr into a headlock before Orr punched him.
