To the habs in their current state sure, but to teams that are actual cup contender? Gagné wins it.

Understand completely. But at the deadline rentals go or a premium and who's to say the Habs wouldn't do something similar? Luc Robitaille REALLY wanted the Kings to draft LeBlanc. I could see the Kings moving roster players, ie Stoll, Gagne, Penner, Richardson or just about any prospect not named Toffoli, Vey, Kozun or Forbort in a deal for Leblanc.

Big no from Carolina. Wouldn't mind Cole back, at all, but can't afford to lose Gleason. We actually really need another player like Gleason more than we need someone like Cole.
