If you need additional cap relief, a pick and//or prospect for Babchuk. We love him here
I like Dalpe, but it makes sense to move him as he's not really ever going to be a core piece. Why are you willing to move McBain? Admittedly, I don't watch a ton of Canes games, but when I do he looks like your best defenseman and is on a really good deal. What am I missing?

I'd move Babchuk for the best pick someone was willing to give us. My guess would be a 4th, but maybe a 3rd?

I'd do that. We have a lot of bottom pairing types. I really only like Sarich on the PK at this stage in his career. He still does that well and he's physical. He's slower than molasses and doesn't have great vision though.

Honestly, why even make that post?

I like that deal. I'd pull the trigger on it. Iginla is very overvalued by other teams fans. Glencross is very undervalued.

I'd do it, we need some size even if that size does play small.

Calgary's in even more trouble than I thought if Curtis Glencross is your best player.

Giordano for Couturier +?

Iginla for Despres + Pouliot + 1st(conditional on Iggy resigning).

Cammy to Ottawa for Ceci (probably not likely given he is a Ott boy)

Tangs for 2nd from Florida.

Tanguay has been our best player but Glencross can do it all, but you love to bash the flames so continue.

No doubt about it... it was stupid that we let him go because he was playing well for us before he went to Calgary... Now he burns us every so often and it always leaves me wondering.

No thank you. Do not want Stajan at the expense of Greening.

I would, however, consider taking him for something like a 4th round pick.

Fair enough. I wanted the 3rd or 4th rounder coming to Ottawa, was even going to be so bold as to ask for a Calgary 2nd but that seems a little high. Been pretty disappointed with Greening's play this year but that could change.

Stajan for a 4th or 5th but would Calgary do it dunno. For Ottawa's end I would

Glencross is perhaps the player with the most value on the Flames. Productive and on a reasonable contract.

Don't think the Pens would do that for a rental.. Not saying it's not a fair price, but that is essentially 3 first rounders. I'd rather go after a long term solution for Crosby.

Calgary signing GlenX still makes me mad!

I'd take him in a heartbeat.
