I was kind of laughing at that myself. I know all home fans complain, but it's funny when their own team is doing so much of it and are getting away with it.

Malik and Jovo are "owned" on that shift! Canucks look no better in overtime... so far...

LOL Morrison scores!

Wow, that was awful. We really did not deserve to win that game.

*Yawn*, yet another dull, boring, sufficating game in which the Canucks come out ahead in OT. Whats new?

Agreed.

However, while the Canucks are having their worst slump of the season, they are winning & getting points more often than not.

This team will be scary when we get hot again.

EDIT: Should add, I thought Fedor played well in limited action. In a more wide open game, he'll be even better.

We should take a penalty at the start of every PP so we can play 4-on-4.

Sportsnet guy says that the Naslund unit was on for the entire PP. That led to the goal. Coaching error by Crawford if that's the case.

That almost sounds like a good idea.

Our PP is absolutely brutal...painful to watch...

Interestingly enough, someone pointed out to me that despite the team's generally crummy play over the last little while, we're on exactly the same pace as we were this time last year.

31 games played, 41 points earned.
This year: 17-7-5-2
Last year: 18-8-5-0

That 10 game winning streak from last year kind of camouflaged the bad start in October (3-4-4-0).

That said, I still think the team doesn't look very good out there. But it's not all bad news.

Not to mention, one point behind top spot in the West, with two games in hand.

It was not Crawfords fault, the Canucks had the puck in Nashvilles zone for the entire last part of the pp before the preds broke out. They really didn't get a chance to change. There were no whistles or anything

I thought Fedorov played a good safe game. You could tell he didn't want to make a mistake. He made a couple of good plays in his own end and always seemed to be back helping out. He didn't stay out to long for his shifts and he did get one nice shot on goal.

Look on the bright side, our defence is solid, 3 goals in 3 games. I am not sure if someone already posted this but I am too tired to read through all the posts.

Good game last night, to bad my boys couldn't get the extra point in OT, oh well ya win some and ya lose some, a point is a point when you're trying to get to the playoffs.

good luck the rest of the way until we play you guys again

Indeed a good game (at least I was pleased with our play). Although, the officiating was utter crap (and it goes both ways). Once you guys heat up offensively, you will be a hard team to beat. The D looks really good, though.

Anyway, good luck until next time when we invade vancouver.
