Why is it so difficult for other teams to understand there's no point in trading if there is no value in return. We're not going to trade Bordelau for a 5th because that's what he's worth, there has to be a reason for trading. We know he's worthless in a trade that's why he's not getting traded unless there's something the Avs want People play NHL 13 too much.
"This is what this player is worth, so take this deal or you're overvaluing your players" <---This is how stupid you all sound.

Just saying I would rather trade him for a 5th if FO does not plan to resign him this summer.

you're clearly trying to sway the offers in your favor by using garbage statements like this, so what exactly does Colorado need to trade an enforcer who plays less than 10 minutes per game?

does Colorado need a top-pairing defenseman? if so, are you expecting the offers to be like Letang for Bordeleau? seriously, what do you realistically expect in a trade proposal for what is essentially a goon?

Why would you expect a trade at all?

Yes, the Avs need a first pairing LHD. No one expects Bordeleau to be anything more than a throw in on that kind of trade.

What the Avs don't really need are depth D, late picks or low end prospects. If this is what Bordeleau returns, then why trade him? He fills a role on the team, while someone of equivalent value is more likely to be a few years away from making the roster.
