I was creeped out by the first episode. In a good way.

Alright show. Not comparable to AMC/HBO's shows or Person of Interest but something that I'll DVR. Peaks my curiosity.

I like person of interest--but it has lost its way a bit this season with all the bad guys and other crap going on

Decent episode tonight.

Ending was good, but you knew he would save hardy.

Yeah, it was pretty good. I wonder what the ratings are going to be, I see them dropping quite a bit.

Better episode last night. I thought the third one was pretty bad so at least they came back with a stronger episode.

A lot better than I thought it was going to be. Kevin Bacon and especially James Purefoy are giving pretty great performances.

It's reminding me of the last few seasons of 24. Compelling to watch, good acting by the main characters, but you have to leave your brain aside to not think about how ridiculous some aspects of the plot are.

I'm still watching it, but they've thrown in so many "surprise" cult members that it's reached the point where you think any character on the show could be one, which kind of diminishes the shock value when it happens.

This part has been bugging me. That girl cop from a couple weeks ago is an obvious example. I had her pegged as soon as they introduced her, and then when she turned, I said, "Finally!" It's obnoxious. I also believe they're going to end the season with a mega reveal, which will probably be Kevin Bacon's little buddy there.

This show is beyond ridiculous. This last episode...oy. I loved how the bad guys thought standing around in plain site all day by their car (with the license plate still on it) with cameras around would be a good idea before kidnapping someone. I also like how once it took Hardy all of five seconds to figure out their location, he decided not to call for backup or people with real guns. Instead, he and he boss went in commando style, took out five people, and saved the day with their pistols. Wee. Kevin Bacon can't miss!

Then you have that ending, where they make murder so wonderful and life-affirming. Oh, good old Charlie, sacrificing himself to his cult leader.

It still astounds me how networks continue to buy TV shows with plot holes the size of planets in them.

it is getting better as it goes a long and it has a 24 feel about it in the fact you do not know-- besides Bacon who will live or die

I stopped watching it. I got sick of the FBI being portrayed as morons and there being a "twist" with a new follower every 20 minutes.

I like this, I've been "following" along with this since the debut.
I almost created a thread on it but never did, glad I found one.

It'll be interesting to see how much longer Joe holds up and if there is a someone else to take his place if they go that way.

Also like to see where that last scene goes.

I've stuck with this show for all of this season, but I'm having a little trouble envisioning where they might take it for a 2nd season. More of the same, and I'm likely done with it.

Gotten stronger as the season has progressed.

Purefoy and Bacon really carry it.

I thought the ending of the last episode was really disturbing and unsettling. Most of the violence in the show up to that point had a campy, B-movie horror vibe to it. Entertaining, but not anything frightening or moving. But that scene really got to me. The actress did an amazing job selling the terror of that moment.

They seem to relish and romanticize the violence too much. That last scene left me disturbed too...mostly because it seemed like the writers wanted to go out their way to say, "Psychopaths are real people, too, and know love and heart break! Let's feel bad for them!"

I have a love/hate thing going with this show. On one hand, I keep watching because I want to know what happens next. On the other hand, I find it beyond ridiculous. For example, the fact that Carroll could escape the road block last week because all the police had to go to the rescue center...um, wouldn't happen. We all saw the thousands of cops swarming Boston and Watertown last week over two guys. Imagine how many resources would be there if there was a cult of mass murderers. Plenty to do two things at once.

In that same vein, Kevin Bacon (not even an FBI agent) wouldn't be the first and sometimes only guy at a crime scene. He seems to do a good job of racing out ahead of the FBI, the HRT team, the state police, sheriffs, and anyone else the DHS sent. Then he gets into a pickle that could have been avoided if he'd just, um, you know...told others to come along.

The thing that bugged me most, though? Kevin Bacon taking a cellphone call while underground in that old military depot. Um, concrete. Hello?

Well they killed off my favorite character last episode so I'll probably watch the finale and not S2
