Haven't really gave much effort into giving the new stuff a chance. I've become a bit disenfranchised with them. Fell off since American Idiot.

American Idiot was the first album I ever bought. Still probably my favorite. Either that or Nas' Illmatic.

Driver's side door now functional thanks to some elbow grease and a pair of pliers.

My music teacher just mentioned the "somebody left the gate open" commercial. I had to try so hard to refrain from laughing.

Flowers seem like such an empty gesture to me. But I've learned that just because I perceive something to be an empty gesture doesn't make it so in its entirety. Some people really like flowers and it makes their day to receive some.

That's pretty much antithetical to empty.
