He threw the flower at her feet and started to scream even louder and in a language that I don't understand. At this point he blurted out "How could you?" And she started walking away and turned around and said "it's not my fault, you weren't here." And he screams again and says "FOR TWO WEEKS!". He throws his backpack at the large tree and starts screaming again and she's walking away. He then starts to threaten self harm and starts hitting his head on the tree, pretty fiercely and screams some more. She stops at the intersection and turns around and just stands there. After he couldn't hit his head anymore, he went behind the tree cus I think he saw me and another guy watching and curls up and starts crying.

Love hurts.
Better to have love and lost than to never have loved at all?

Never rely on another individual for your self-worth. It is a recipe for disaster.

Also, I think it's common sense to look at things from a "everything I do leads to "the one" " standpoint. Not in a fate kind of way, but obviously everything you do in life will lead to you finding (or not finding, in some cases) the person you want to spend the rest of your life with. Even if you've had your heart broken before, and I'm sure we all have, everything we do will put us in a situation to find a kindred spirit. Just gotta be proactive about it.

It practically isn't too similar but I'm sure you can draw enough similarities. I would've discussed how a common theme amongst most large scale campaigns, including genocides in the most extreme cases, take place when a scapegoat is needed to appease a population regarding societal hardships.

Oh I wrote all about that with the Holocaust. Jews (and other minorities) were blamed by Hitler for all the economic and social instability after World War I.

Rwanda is different though. Not much of a scapegoat thing, more related to the Congress of Vienna ****ing **** up by disregarding tribal boundaries. It's two groups that hate each other fighting for political power.

There really are no similarities other than people dying.

No kidding. No kidding. Don't do this. It'll take a long long time before you feel okay about life and yourself again if you do this. It's basically depression in a box.

True, but I think you can't downplay the impact of majority vs. Minority going on there. Rwanda is a VERY complicated, and very sad, scenario. I would argue there was a larger political context that, while definitely not equal to anti-semitism in Nazi Germany, definitely had grounds in something at least akin to scapegoating Though that's just me being the History major contrarian I am, I'll debate anything with anyone and then flip sides and do it again. .

Thanks for the advice, but I'm not talking about self-esteem and emotional ****. I'm talking about looks

I never have had any confidence talking to girls cuz I never knew what they thought of me. Now, I have a pretty girl who I like and she likes me, but I still feel weird

Also there's no worse moment than when you have another hour to go in your train ride and your phone has like 5 percent battery life left.

The recent photos of you are attractive, don't worry.
Also don't worry, I'm not hitting on you.

Don't worry, be happy.
