I actually think it'll be between Ward and Price. Ward is the unpopular choice, but the guy has game and clutch game. It'll come down to those guys with Luongo still in the mix, imo.
Price looks like he's developing into a generational goalie... Name me 1 goalie in the NHL you would trade him straight up for?
By the time the Olympics start it's going to be blatantly obvious that Price is the #1
He will start unless Lu is playing out of this world but even saying that he is still the best Canadian goalie there is atm. As for trading for him maybe King Henrik or Rinne? But having price I would never trade him or even look at another goalie to be honest. I'm a leaf fan saying that too lol. I am also secretly hoping in 6 years he pulls a Cujo or Eddy move and wears blue and white haha.

Thing is Henrik is not so much better than CP31(Oh god) but he his 5 years older...
Ditto to Pekkaboo.
what has price done in the stanley cup final? oh wait he has been there yet?
as a canadian i want to see luongo. im a lot more confident in him. price has to be very good this year and part of next to have me wanting him over luongo.
If Luongo is #1 on his team next year I think he is starter by default, Price would then have to outplay him in the round robin games to start the medal games, pretty much like Luo passed Brodeur in Vancouver.
Overall, Canadian goaltending seems to be at an all time low at the moment. Obviously Loungo, Price and Ward are all good enough to win for TC, but Canada doens't seem to be the undisputed #1 when it came to goalies as it once was.
