The Flyers came remarkably close to acquiring Ryan (in fact for a few moments they believed they had a deal in place) at the last draft and have wanted to get Bobby in orange and black since he was a kid playing hockey across the river in South Jersey.

As a fellow goaltender (just slightly below the NHL), I feel for Dubnyk on that one. No worse feeling than losing view of the puck and scrambling to catch sight of it again.
Just watching the highlights from the Caps-Panthers game, I can't wait for this week's thread on the main board about Florida's impressive attendance record and capacity percentage.
There are rows upon rows upon rows of empty seats (not just their idiotic "Red Zone" section which are the premium lower bowl sections behind the benches that allow a ticket holder the option to sit there or to be wined and dined in a separate section-this according to a defensive and deluded Florida Panthers fan I've had the misfortune of encountering)
I have nothing against the team or their fans but clearly this organization is cooking the books.
