It was probably because he threw his gloves off. In reality, it was because the refs were unbelievably bad going both ways this game.

Glad we pulled through.
Are you serious Plekanec no excuse the ref let him go on the first one then the second attempt he was just lazy and got caught just like the trip Bourque drew in overtime and you want to spin a positive from that? 2 really really fluky goals? Did you notice how Montreal floats with a lead and can't hold Tampa's or anybodies offense? This team either has no confidence or is not that good! What with the coach is he trying to act like Jacques Martin no emotion

Didn't watch the game but can somebody tell me why subban played the second fewest minutes out of all D's? Why only 18:25 minutes?

Cause he dropped his gloves. If he didn't he would be fine. Was dumb.

Come on, they completely broke down at the end and it's not the first time that happens either.... It's a bit worrying, no?

How the **** do we know? The point is it was a dumb fight, especially for a guy that's not really good at them.

These two points are "tainted".

But, after a night of sleep, all will be well with new line change suggestions.

Go Habs Go

From 3-0 to 4-3.

IF the Habs would have lost...Therrien would have blamed White!

Subban with 18min (2pts).
Markov with 26min.
What the ****.
Anyways...I'm happy with the 2pts.
Very

I want a healthy Markov for playoffs...I think the coach should pace it a bit with Markov.

Subban is a young iron-man...should be getting 21min+.
Markov is jinxed with health/injuries in last 4 seasons...gotta protect him with 18-20min/game...this is fine (to preserve what's left of him and save him for playoffs for when it really counts).

Because for reasons no one can figure out the coaching staff refuses to realize he's their best defenceman.

So what? In the end the team won and that's all that matter. No, we're not a powerhouse, everyone knew that before the beginning of the season. Deal with it.

I guess some people will only be pleased when we win all our games easily. So that basically means: never.
your memory must suck if you cant remember all the leads we blew last year and this year.

Sorry man but you're trying too hard.

Like I said, I agree that it was a pointless fight but it did not affect the game at all. It's not like Habs was outplayed, outshoot, outchance in the third or anything.

During the second intermission they said Powerplays where even? Which I think in overtime Montreal had one Powerplay and Tampa zero? How are the ref's bad this game 3-0 and you blow a lead no wonder Price looked ticked at the end

I'm still happy with the win.
No excuses. We nearly lost that one so you have to be angry and bang your head on the closest wall.

i think he rode the pine down the stretch (probably was on pace for about 20 minutes) until he made a horrible play that gave them their 1st goal

You don't think things like that are said in the dressing room? I recall every fight being acknowledged by players and coaches in 24/7 at intermission.

It's similar logic that dressing a 6'5 goon and playing him 3 minutes a game will prevent players from being targeted on your team.

I dont mind Therrien.
But no matter what this guy does this year, l'Anti-Chambre will always defend him. Can they not be biased please.
