I may be slow, but I don't get it. Is he pissed because of lack of playing time? But isn't he playing in the game? Will he get more playing time now...

he was the backup to a sophomore all season but got the start on senior night. Him displaying those actions was himself removing himself from the team for good.

His team was up 2-1 with 3 mins to go in the game at the time he scored on his own net. The other team scored another in regulation and won 3-2.

If I was on his team and on the ice, I would have taken a run at him.. That's ridiculous.

There's no way his teammates will want to play in front of him now. He lost their respect. Very selfish.

Pathetic. Dont take it out on your team. I mean if they voted the sophomore in to replace him okay, but i would assume it would be between him and the coach. Settle it elsewhere. No room for that behaviour in any sport

That is hilarious. But, also very very immature. Hilarious nonetheless.

Not exactly what you like to see from a young man, but I'm not exactly going to wish violence on him either.

I've lost spots, playing time to younger, better players, I'm sure everyone else here has as well. If you care about the team, you do everything you can to help in whatever role you have. When it stops being about the group of guys achieving something, and just about Mr #1, then I lose interest in the sport. There is a reason I don't follow basketball.

The most pathetic thing I have seen for a very long time. Hopefully that was the last game this pos ever plays for the team.

Fortunately for us this dude seems like a stretch to make the NHL, therefore the Maple Leafs scouts got first dibs on this gem just like they did with Gustavsson.

At first I thought that he must have been the whipping boy inside the locker room and was getting it pretty hard. But if it's just because he lost his starting job, it's beyond pathetic. Still kids make dumb decisions.
