Make up a sign saying "Proudly attending a game at ACC North... err, I mean ScotiaBank Place".

If you judge it by what I see at the ACC, a real fan base supports their team by deserting their seats for the first half of each period.

If that's what you see it may be time for new glasses.

Honestly I think they're just pissed because people like me pay $20 a seat for my ticket package including the leafs games, in the nosebleeds none the less. I resell these tickets at face value somewere around 80 dollars a ticket, and that's just pricing right off of the sens site.

Leafs fans are happy. I get to go out on a Saturday and have the game on in the background at my friends or whatever and it also cover 3-4 other games worth of tickets.

Personally I don't mind Toronto I use to cheer for them before Ottawa came to be and my grandfather loved Toronto as well.

I don't understand the hate from the reporter. I have a ticket package and didn't even realize this xD.

This picture proves nothing. How can you guarantee that this picture wasn't taken during warm up?

Besides, every arena has lower bowl seats open in the first few minutes of a period.

The day I take lessons from a sens fan on what a "real fanbase" is will be the day Alfie proves to be an effective captain, or the day Melnyk gets over his insane jealousy of how much more popular the Leafs are to his senators...

In other words, it's never going to happen.

Good on you sir! What an embarrassing franchise the sens are... their captain gets booed in their own building. Leaf fans booing him and cheering for Toronto is louder than when ottawa scores - in their own building. Embarrassing

The time keeper and penalty box attendants don't hang out there during the warmups.

Is this picture supposed to prove that? How exactly does this picture support your claim that the lower half seats are empty for the first half of every period? I see no indication of time in that picture that would support your claim. Even if you're right, if that's the best you can do, best you just move along and we'll pretend it never happened.

Don't you mean "Alfie's work"?

Sorry. I had to.

If anything, I think this whole shabang will just make ACC North louder.

I think he's trying to say that the sens have more fans than the Leafs ... and this picture of a few seats is his proof

Isn't it only for Season Ticket holders though?
