People get enamoured with his size and speed. Unfortunately he doesn't have the IQ to go along with it.

If there were no problems with Waivers, I'd bring up Connolly.

He, along with Kadri and MacArthur made quite an effective line last year, albiet for a short period of time(what we need here).

As an added bonus, he also owns the Hurricanes in his Career.

I also wouldn't be against calling up Gardiner to play on the wing with Kadri, just to get him back into the NHL and the NHL speed. Worked with Kaberle a few years ago, ironically, also against the canes lol.

Well since they are all dropping like flies...and we have an ex-Flyer, my guess is JvR.

Oh great....Dion hit both Reimer and Frattin in the MCL with a shot that was going wide.

Well, someone better pick up the slack for goal scoring....Phil....i'm looking at you.

Fratty will be missed by the Leafs as he has been among Leafs best forwards this season.

I'll throw up in my mouth if Carlyle roll McClaren/Brown with Kadri and Macarthur. That's a very fast way to kill your young player's offensive numbers and +/-

What a sinking feeling. The hockey gods must still be paying us back for the multiple sins of Ballard's regime. What next?

If I had to guess, i'd say McClement moves to the 3rd line while Brown or Steckel go to the 4th.

For those that have had this surgery, what's the typical time frame to be back feeling 100%
Also, is this something he'll have to do again in the near future or is it a 1 time procedure as long as everything is healing properly?

Well I'd say Kessel, because Phaneuf can't hit himself with shots easily and JVR is as safe as one can be in front of the net .

Lupul, Gardiner, Gunnarsson, Reimer, Frattin all injured.

Whatever.. We'll still win another 4 straight.
