Stars got some free PR out of it. And come out the better looking of the two imo (but then again, I am quite biased).

No you are right ... they clearly come out on top. Making fun of Romo specifically about his championship shortcomings was the absolute best possible response. Even non-Stars fans in Dallas will eat that up.

Who knows if they'll follow up on it, but several co-workers who call themselves Cowboys fans and have never seen a Stars game live, already said they'd like to try and catch one this year while we were talking about this.
This could bring in a few people even if it's only a game or two.

Wow that was the best response you could've given. Probably will bring more people out to watch. Very awesome.

Mike and Mike just talked about it and loved how the Stars replied.

5 years $55 million for Matt Harrison. Great extension and team friendly.

Turned on ESPN to see this interview with Te'o after the Mavs game.
Am shocked at the crowd. Have the games been like this all season?

Definitely isn't what I thought their games were usually like (like completely packed).
Think I turned it on right after halftime ended because lot of the seats that were empty have filled in.
I see all the banners from last night about the Stars 20th anniversary have been taken down though.

MOBILE, Ala. -- Dallas Cowboys starting nose tackle Jay Ratliff was arrested and charged with DWI in the early-morning hours Tuesday after he crashed his 2011 Ford pickup truck into a 18-wheeler, according to Grapevine, Texas, police senior officer Sam Shemwell.

He should be ashamed of that after the whole Josh Brent situation.

I wasn't sure where to go with SB talk, but this RT by Razor made my sides hurt:

yeah. certainly lowered expectations versus prior years but still competitive for the division and the playoffs. and personally glad the rangers didn't screw their future over with bad free agent contracts and such.

The offseason was a success as far as I'm concerned. I wanted to see Hamilton let go and both Elvis/Profar not traded and both of those things happened. Just need Colby and Feliz to get healthy.

Sorry, we expect consistency and no choking. Why are we fans of the Stars again?
