I'm starving and have no food in the house, and no money to buy any... God I wish tomorrow would come quicker...

Just ordered the gravity. Hopefully it allows me to talk better on the field.

Also, about to watch Star Trek with my galpal. First time she's seen it. I'm not a trek fan at all, but I really liked the new one and Walmart had the Bluray for $5 so why not?

I had that fish sandwich from Arbys today thanks to an order screw-up.
It wasn't bad.

I tried Poutine for the first time this past summer. They had a little stand at our local county fair.

My sister got it for me and walked a good 5-10 minutes before I actually got it so it was kind of cold/soggy, but I still enjoyed it.

Alright...

Get fries, cook em etc, however you'd like.

Get you favorite gravy.. Doesn't matter what brand or type, it's only good if you like the gravy.

Get curd style cheese if you can find it.. If not I use pizza morzzerella that's already shredded.

Place the cooked fries on a plate, then sprinkle the chese all over it.. Pour the hot gravy all over it and enjoy.

You can google poutine recipes too.

I don't know anyone who's had poutine and didn't like it...

Well except myself.. First time I had one I didn't like it.

We live next to Wisconsin, cheese curds are pretty easy to find.

But they are supposed to be non-battered. Just the chunks of cheese.

Not sure where one gets that, but I could be blind.

When I make it I take-out an order of my favorite restaurant fries. The flavor is in the gravy really so use a good one. I like spicy sausage gravy. Living in Arizona I don't have access like you guys do to cheese curds but still can find them but like someone else said mozzarella works great.ccurds
