There's an innuendo here, but I can't see to put my finger on it...

No innuendo, it was a crying shame that they only offered one color for the vehicle though you could get it in any model.

I'm over-compensating for not having a wife or kids to suck out all my disposable income.

The style of the back of the car does take some getting used to. I like the overall look, though. I just saw a photo of one in a medium blue that looked great. Unfortunately, the driver drove it sideways into a retaining wall.
With great power comes great responsibility.

IMO it looks like they slapped a Ferrari back end onto a 280Z front. I was hoping for a more retro Vette look as they've done with the Camaros, Challengers, Chargers etc

Or you could go with one of these so I could live vicariously through you.

That is the 1200 bHP, world speed record (for a production car) holder Hennessy Venom GT. It also has a 1500 bHP option.

And you've got a good eye. They took body parts from the Lotus Elise.

The front end definitely screams Lotus...I looked at buying an Elise about 4yrs ago but my girlfriend at the time laughed at how I looked in it. For some reason at 6'3" it gave off a clown car'ish impression.

My theme song for today.

On an unrelated note, I forgot my belt at home. So, I'm rocking the original skate lace belt today.

How about a 2013 convertible ZL1?
If 560 hp isn't enough, I can point you to a few places that could make it scream...

Is it more normal than I think it is two have two favorite hockey teams? I've seen a Sabres/Canucks fan and a Sabres/Avalanche fan around here posting.

I don't understand how the heck someone can split their allegiance between two teams. I'm not saying they're bad people or anything, just don't understand it. *shrug*

So if you grew up in WNY and followed the Sabres. Then you graduate college and move out of state to Colorado and the only outlet to watch live NHL hockey on a regular basis is the AVS. You start to enjoy the team and root for them....

In this scenario it is not odd to still love the Sabres you grew up with AND root for your now local team, the AVS. This happens so much I am surprised you needed this explained to you.

And that's just one out of many possible scenarios

I started watching the Rangers in college and still like them to do well when it doesn't hurt Buffalo.

Like 90% of the school I was at was from NY and I liked them more than the Islanders.

omg so much hockey

but I'll add a scenario. if you really like a player from your home team and he gets traded or moved, you could start cheering for that player's new team.

I like the ZL1 and would have gone with it for the Anniversary version but I don't like white and the Vette really screams mid-life crisis.

I'm looking at trading in the California as I've had it over 3yrs and only have a whopping 7657 miles on it so I hardly ever use it. I want another 'rare' car instead of the Vette, Benz 2 seater but don't want to break the bank for it. If the new Viper came in a convertible I'd probably go for one of those as they're just stupid with their power.
